The Valley Pineapple Juice

Ingredients:

• 2 cups ripe pineapple, peeled, without heart and cut into pieces

• 4 cups water

• 4 tablespoons of sugar


Preparation: In the glass of a blender liquefies well the pineapple with water and sugar. Refrigerate at least half an hour before serving. On hot days you can serve in glasses with ice.

The Valley Papaya Juice
The Valley Papaya Juice

Ingredients:

• 2 cups mature papaya, peeled and seeded, cut into pieces

• 4 cups water

• 4 tablespoons of sugar

• 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice


Preparation: In the glass of a blender liquefies the papaya well with water, sugar and lemon juice. Refrigerate at least half an hour before serving. On hot days you can serve in glasses with ice.

The Valley Mango Juice
The Valley Mango Juice

Ingredients:

• 2 cups mature mango, peeled and seeded, chopped

• 4 cups water

• 2 tablespoons brown sugar


Preparation: In the glass of a blender liquefies well the mango with the water and the brown sugar. Refrigerate at least half an hour before serving. On hot days you can serve in glasses with ice.

The Valley Guava Juice
The Valley Guava Juice

Ingredients:

• 6 ripe guavas, peeled and cut in 4

• 4 cups water

• 4 tablespoons of sugar


Preparation: In the glass of a blender, place the guavas, water and liqueurs. Strain with a fine strainer over a jar. Discard seeds. Add the sugar and stir until dissolved. Refrigerate at least half an hour before serving. On hot days you can serve in glasses with ice.
